The company GRUPO EMPRESARIAL GRANERO S.A. hereby drafts this Quality Policy in line with the interests of the company and the spirit of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, committing to keep it updated with these interests and with the reference standard on which its quality system is based.

Specifically, the Quality Policy of GRUPO EMPRESARIAL GRANERO S.A. is defined as follows:
✔ We aim to demonstrate our ability to consistently provide services that meet the requirements and needs of our customers and interested parties of the applicable regulations, which are constantly changing over time, at an optimized cost through a close customer-supplier cooperation that allows us to adapt the range and quality of our services to an ever-evolving market.
✔ With the slogan: “Make tomorrow better what we do well today”, we assume the challenge of continuous improvement, with a preventive rather than corrective approach, which involves planning, acting, evaluating, and adjusting our production process.
✔ We understand quality as a global commitment of GRUPO EMPRESARIAL GRANERO S.A. in which all staff (management, technical and administrative personnel) must assume their functions and responsibilities.
✔ We aim to demonstrate externally the results of our commitment to quality and to differentiate ourselves from the competition in a market where companies are increasingly demanding the implementation of quality systems.

In accordance with these aspects, the Management takes on a series of commitments:
1. Ensure that the requirements and needs of our customers are known and acted upon to increase the perceived quality by these customers.
2. Ensure compliance with requirements and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system.
3. Raise awareness among all workers of the importance of implementing the quality system and the contribution of their activities to the achievement of quality objectives.
4. Implement and maintain the quality management system, at all levels of the company, consistent with the ISO 9001:2015 reference standard and this Quality Policy.

The company GRUPO EMPRESARIAL GRANERO S.A., assuming these commitments, must:
● Not only implement and maintain a quality management system, but also ensure that the system is effective, efficient and adapted to the needs of customers, allocating the necessary resources.
● Set realistic but ambitious objectives and goals, never settling for the level of quality achieved.
● Regularly plan training activities so that staff knows and takes ownership of the quality management system and understands the commitments made by the staff and the organization.
● Regularly check the adequacy of all activities that affect the quality of the services provided with the requirements of the reference standard and this Quality Policy.
● Conduct its cemetery management activities in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
● Document its policies, systems, programs, procedures, and instructions to the extent necessary to ensure the quality of the services provided.
● Ensure that all staff participating in cemetery management activities knows the quality documentation and implements policies and procedures in their work.
● Ensure that appropriate communication processes are established within the company and that communication takes place considering the effectiveness of the management system.

Taking these guidelines into account, this Management reiterates its firm commitment by joining efforts to achieve these objectives, and therefore, this Quality Policy is understood, implemented, and kept up to date at all levels of the organization.
