Ensure that the requirements and needs of our customers are known and acted upon to increase the perceived quality by these customers.<br \/>\n2. Ensure compliance with requirements and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system.<br \/>\n3. Raise awareness among all workers of the importance of implementing the quality system and the contribution of their activities to the achievement of quality objectives.<br \/>\n4.
